I am a postdoctoral research fellow at Harvard Medical School and Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard since Jan 2019. Advisor: David Reich.

I received my PhD from Jacobs School of Engineering at University of California San Diego. Advisor: Vineet Bafna, co-advisor: Siavash Mirarab.


My research interests lie at the interface of computer science, statistics, and biology. I am interested in developing statistical and computational methods and their applications in population genetics, medical genetics, and genomic data.
